2024 年 9 月,我和娜娜发起在线开源的人机共生挑战,开始了培养 AI Native、VUCA Player 和 Unique Creator 的探索。

渐渐地,我们找到了一些培养 AI Native 的方法。

2025 年 4 月,第三期人机共生挑战,老年友好主题,孩子们为自己的爷爷奶奶创造出几十个精彩的工具,感动了很多人。

其中,翟老师的学生小元宝,为耳背爷爷每个月独自去医院而开发的就诊辅助单工具给了我最大启发——强大的 AI 可以写出无数代码,但只有这个孩子才知道自己的爷爷去医院需要和医生交流哪些问题、怎样的工具对爷爷来说最妥帖好用。

然后,如何培养 VUCA Player,我们也逐渐摸索出了一点儿门道。

2025 年 7 月,超脑 AI 的黑客松结束后,有三个初中生开始半工半读,一学期下来,创业的同时成绩还上升了。

但也正是在 7 月的黑客松中,我们看到一种危机,乐乐老师准确地将其描述为——强大的 AI 会稀释孩子的独特性。

这就是培养 Unique Creator 的难题了。如何才能让孩子们珍视自己作为一个独特个体存在的价值,而不是被强大的 AI 淹没?

2025 年 8 月,我加入深圳明湾学校,在每天陪伴孩子的过程中寻找答案。这是一所由腾讯和一丹基金共同创办的新学校,在 AI 时代积极拥抱技术、但又坚守着人的价值。(对了,陈一丹基金会 2026 新年寄语,是我读过关于 AI 时代教育最温暖的文字: )

大半年后,我对这个难题有了一点点心得,而超脑的一场 AI for Good 的冬令营也让很多孩子找到了意义感。

是时候,把过去这一年多的收获,梳理梳理,和更多老师们交流、分享,并且探索如何才能做得更好。那,就把“人机共生挑战”升级一版吧。

感谢明湾学校的信任,还有好多同事的支持,认真准备一个月后,“微光黑客松”终于和大家见面了。

这是由明湾学校发起、将会持续做很多年的项目。期待我们能组成“微光舰长共同体”,一起探索 AI 时代的教育之路。

今年暑假,7/9-12,深圳明湾学校的线下黑客松,公开招募会带领自己的学生一起来创造的舰长。在此之前,五六月,我们将组织多场线上的交流会。

在 2026 年,当我们谈论 AI 算力突破、自动驾驶普及、人形机器人进入家庭时,可能一位有着浓重乡音的老人正局促地站在嘈杂的街头,却因为不会操作手机里的打车软件显得手足无措,始终无法出发。

在万物皆可 AI 的时代,那些最顶尖的算法正忙着在虚拟世界里博弈,却无法直接看见现实角落里,一个盲童想要在阳光下自由奔跑的渴望,或者一位构音障碍人士拼命想发出的那声“谢谢” 。

算法追求的是“最优解”,而爱看见的是“具体的人” 。正如谷歌及各大前沿研究机构所提及的那样:在通用人工智能触手可及的时代,人类最后的护城河不再是逻辑计算,而是社交智慧、复杂感知,以及那份不可替代的、感知爱的能力

2026 年暑假,深圳明湾学校将发起一场「微光黑客松」夏令营。这里没有标准答案,没有模板项目,只有真实的问题,深入的洞察,探索的勇气和解决问题的创造过程。

我们要带孩子直面真实的社会问题,与具体的案主对话,去寻找那些被大模型忽略的、真实的、甚至有些无奈的角落。

我们要用 AI,去点亮每一个独特个体的真实创造。

从“案主”开始

看见真实的世界

在「微光黑客松」中,同学们面对的不是课本上假设的题目,而是发生在身边的真实存在的问题和一部分人的困境,用力所能及的力量点亮一束束微光。

同学们将不再为了编程而编程,而是为了“人”而创造。他们将直面以下三个层面的真实挑战:

对话每个鲜活的生命

很多时候,我们对特殊群体的认知仅停留在“需要帮助”的标签上。在微光黑客松,孩子们将在深度对话的基础上,深度共情每个真实的困境。

  • 深度对话:孩子们将与罕见病患者、残障人士面对面,听他们讲述那些不为人知的日常。

  • 解决细微但具体的麻烦:也许是一个方便罕见病患者记录服药反应的微工具,也许是一个辅助视障者辨别复杂环境的小程序 。我们不求宏大,只求通过解决那些细微但真实的困境,为他们的生活带去一份体贴。

穿透那些“被忽略”的日常

有些社会问题,我们往往只看到了表象,却忽略了背后的复杂处境。

  • 社会议题的解构:为什么很多景区,游客明知禁令却仍想喂食候鸟?为什么外卖小哥宁愿冒着生命危险也要在马路上飞速逆行?

  • 借助 AI 寻找更优解:孩子们将把 AI 视为一个智库,去收集更全面的数据,做更深入的探讨 。他们不再是旁观者,而是城市秩序的协同设计者,尝试在规则与人性之间,寻找一个更温柔的平衡点。

重塑那些“被习以为常”的自我

最好的创意,往往源于对自身生活的热爱与“不甘”。

  • 自定义赛道:这个主题的定义权完全交还给孩子。校园里的社交小烦恼、家庭沟通中的小隔阂、甚至是自己作息管理的小混乱,都可以成为创造的起点。

  • 技术赋予的美好:从最真实的自我需求出发,去感受技术如何让生活变得更高效、更有趣、更美好 。我们要让孩子发现,原来自己手中掌握的不仅是代码,更是为日常生活增光添彩的技能。

这就是「微光黑客松」,并不需要让孩子们证明“我不会被AI取代”,而是让他们感同身受真实的问题,激发真实的改变。

在解决这些真实问题的过程中,孩子们自然会发现自己的独特价值,完成一次深度的“自我探索和迭代”。

这种成长,也恰恰浓缩在「微光黑客松」的三个精神内核中:

AI 原住民(AI Native):让技术服务于需求,让想象力不再受限于算力,孩子们从“使用工具”到“与AI共创”。

未知探险家(VUCA Player):真实的社会没有“用户手册”,在面对模糊的需求和资源约束时,孩子们需要像探险家一样,在不确定中通过反复试验找到通往“解决问题”的路径。

独特创造者(Unique Creator):为具体的人,做情境化的创造。拒绝流水线式的作品,拒绝平庸的模拟,每一个解决方案都源自对案主处境的独特视角。

我们需要“舰长”

在这场挑战中,我们期待“舰长”们组队加入,来引领和守护这一束束微光。你可能是学校老师、教育创业者,或是对未来学习形态充满好奇的跨界玩家。

舰长的核心使命是:

  • 做一个“看见者”: 引导孩子走出屏幕,走进生活,去捕捉那些容易被忽略的真实痛点。

  • 做一个“守护者”: 守护孩子心中那束微弱但珍贵的想要“改变世界”与“关怀他人”的光。

  • 做一个“催化剂”: 协助他们将善意与天马行空的想象,转化为可落地的真实方案。

In 2026, when we're talking about breakthroughs in AI computing power, the widespread adoption of autonomous driving, and humanoid robots entering households, there might be an elderly man with a thick local accent, standing awkwardly on a noisy street, unable to begin his journey because he doesn't know how to use the ride-hailing app on the phone, looking lost and helpless.

In an era where everything can be related to AI, the most cutting-edge algorithms are busy competing in the virtual world. They can't directly see the corners of reality where a blind child longs to run freely in the sun or a person with speech disorders is desperately trying to say "thank you".

Algorithms pursue the "optimal solution", while love pursues "specific individuals". As Google and various leading research institutions have mentioned, in an era when artificial general intelligence is within reach, the last line of defense for humanity is no longer logical calculation, but social wisdom, complex perception, and that irreplaceable ability to perceive love.

During the summer vacation of 2026, Shenzhen Mingwan School will launch a "Glimmer Hackathon" summer camp. There are no standard answers, no template projects here. Instead, there are real problems, in-depth insights, the courage to explore, and the creative process of solving problems.

We want to lead children to face real social problems, have conversations with specific "case owner", and find those real and somewhat helpless corners that large models overlook.

We want to use AI to light up the real creativity of every unique individual.

Start with the "case owner" and see the real world

In the "Glimmer Hackathon," students are not dealing with hypothetical problems from textbooks, but rather real - life issues and the predicaments of some people around them. They strive to light up rays of glimmer with their own limited capabilities.

Students will no longer program just for the sake of programming; instead, they will create for "people." They will directly confront real-life challenges on three levels:

Engaging in conversations

with every vivid life

Often, our understanding of special groups is merely limited to the label of "needing help." At the Glimmer Hackathon, children will deeply empathize with each real-life difficulty through in-depth conversations.

  • In-depth conversations: Children will have face-to-face interactions with patients with rare diseases and people with disabilities, listening to their untold daily stories.

  • Solving minor but specific problems: It could be a small tool to help patients with rare diseases record their medication reactions, or a mini - program to assist the visually impaired in identifying complex environments. We don't aim for grandeur; we just hope to bring a touch of thoughtfulness to their lives by solving those minor yet real difficulties.

Penetrating the "overlooked"

For some social problems, we often only see the surface and ignore the complex situations behind them.

  • Deconstruction of social issues: Why do many tourists still want to feed migratory birds despite knowing the bans in scenic areas? Why do food delivery riders risk their lives to ride against traffic on the road?

  • Using AI to find better solutions: Children will regard AI as an intellectual repository to collect more comprehensive data and conduct in-depth discussions. They will no longer be bystanders but co-designers of urban order, trying to find a gentler balance between rules and humanity.

Reshaping the "taken-for

-granted" self

The best ideas often stem from one's love for and "dissatisfaction" with their own lives.

  • Customized tracks: The right to define this theme is entirely given back to the children. Small social troubles in school, minor communication gaps at home, or even small chaos in their own daily schedules can all serve as the starting points for creation.

  • The beauty bestowed by technology: Starting from the most genuine personal needs, feel how technology can make life more efficient, interesting, and wonderful. We want children to discover that what they hold in their hands is not just code, but skills that can add luster to their daily lives.

This is the "Glimmer Hackathon". It doesn't require children to prove that "I won't be replaced by AI", but to let them see real problems and create real changes.

In the process of solving these real problems, children will naturally discover their own unique values and complete a deep "self-iteration". This kind of growth is precisely condensed in the three spiritual cores of the "Glimmer Hackathon":

AI Native: Let technology serve the needs, and let imagination no longer be limited by computing power. Children will go from "using tools" to "co-creating with AI".

VUCA Player: The real society has no "user manual". When facing vague requirements and resource constraints, children need to be like explorers, finding the path to "solving problems" through repeated trials in the face of uncertainty.

Unique Creator : Make context-based creations for specific people. Reject assembly-line-style works and mediocre imitations. Each solution stems from a unique perspective on the client's situation.

We need "Captains"

In this challenge, we expect "Captains" to form teams and join us to lead and protect these beams of glimmer. You may be a school teacher, an education entrepreneur, or a cross-boundary player who is full of curiosity about the future learning forms. The core mission of the Captain is:

  • To be a "seer": Guide children out of the screen and into life to capture those real pain points that are easily overlooked.

  • To be a "guardian": Guard the weak but precious light in children's hearts that wants to "change the world" and "care for others".

  • To be a "catalyst": Assist them in transforming kindness and wild imaginations into practical solutions.

We need "Glimmer Youths"

If you are a youth full of kindness and curiosity about technology, welcome to come in a team with your partners. If you are looking for minded partners, we also offer a single-person registration channel. We will assist you in connecting with excellent "Captain" resources or start the "friend-finding mode" in the camp to form a team with your best partners among the national hackathon teammates.

How to cultivate true AI natives, unknown explorers, and unique creators? Facing the ever-changing AI wave, even the most experienced teachers may still be on an exploration journey in the uncharted territory.

We understand that the best way to face the unknown is to pool collective wisdom. Here, captains are not only guides but also co-creators. We will seek current teaching methods through communication and refine the more essential principles of education through co-creation. To this end, we have prepared a growth space for in-depth connection:

  • May-June: In-depth co-creation: We will organize multiple online training sessions and co-creation camps for captains to explore new possibilities in education in the AI era.

  • During the hackathon: Inspiration salons: We will set up exclusive workshops and exchange salons for captains, allowing the thoughts of every pioneer to resonate.

  • "Glimmer Captains Community": We will become a group of partners who keep exploring and lifelong learning. Through communication and co-creation, we will grow ourselves and then accompany children to grow better.

  • Registration Fee: 0 RMB. Ensuring that no vibrant spark of inspiration is deterred by the cost of an "entry ticket"—we aspire to be the cradle for the collective creation that is the Glimmer Hackathon. We invite you to come unburdened, allowing your ideas to flourish in this fertile soil.

  • Self-funded portions: Captains and students/teams are responsible for independently arranging their own round-trip transportation, meals, and accommodations during the program.
