摘要：

目的：探讨CO₂点阵式激光联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染合并轻中度阴道松弛的效果。方法：回顾性选取2022年12月—2024年12月医院收治的120例HPV感染合并轻中度阴道松弛患者，所有患者均接受CO₂点阵式激光联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗。治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月进行门诊随访，评估HPV转阴率、病毒载量、阴道松弛度及性功能改善情况。结果：治疗后患者HPV转阴率明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)，病毒载量低于治疗前(P<0.05)；阴道松弛问卷(VLQ)、女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);120例患者中无严重不良反应，总不良反应发生率为2.50%(3/120)。结论：应用CO₂点阵式激光联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗可促进HPV转阴、降低病毒载量，改善阴道松弛及性功能，安全性良好。

Abstract：

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of CO₂ fractional laser combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial film for human papillomavirus(HPV) infection with mild-to-moderate vaginal laxity. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients with HPV infection and mild-to-moderate vaginal laxity treated between December 2022 and December 2024. All patients received CO₂ fractional laser therapy combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial film. Follow-up evaluations at 3, 6, and 12 months post-treatment assessed HPV clearance rate, viral load, vaginal laxity, and sexual function improvement. Results: The HPV clearance rate post-treatment was significantly higher than pretreatment, while viral load decreased(P < 0.05). All patients showed increased Vaginal Laxity Questionnaire(VLQ) and Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI) scores post-treatment, surpassing pre-treatment levels(P < 0.05). No severe adverse reactions occurred among the 120 patients, with a total adverse reaction rate of 2.50%(3/120). Conclusion: CO₂ fractional laser combined with chitosan cervical antibacterial film promotes HPV clearance, reduces viral load, improves vaginal laxity and sexual function, demonstrating good safety.
