轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针优点：

1、在实施腰椎联合麻醉时，可以先置好硬膜外导管，再在蛛网膜下腔注药，避免了传统联合穿刺针在麻醉时蛛网膜下腔注药后，硬膜外腔置管困难时所引发的一系列问题，从而提高了可操作性和安全性。

2、避免了硬膜外导管经腰穿针在硬脊膜上留下的针眼误入蛛网膜下腔的可能性，提高了安全性。

3、适度改变了硬膜外穿刺针针尖弯曲的角度，使置管更顺畅，减少损伤。

4、有利于蛛网膜下腔注药时对腰穿针的固定。

使用方法-腰椎硬膜外联合麻醉：

1．将轨道式硬膜外穿刺针穿到硬脊膜外腔。

2．将鸟嘴式脊麻针的针尖部经轨道式硬膜外穿刺针针栓上的引导小管导入针梗上的轨道（凹槽），并使鸟嘴状针尖的腹侧（即出药口侧）贴着轨道底部向前滑行推进，直至抵达蛛网膜下腔。

3．经轨道式硬膜外穿刺针内腔置入硬膜外导管。

4．将药物经鸟嘴式脊麻针注入蛛网膜下腔后将其拔除。

5．再按标准方法退出轨道式硬膜外穿刺针留下硬膜外导管。

6．需再次止痛时，可试验硬膜外导管，并按标准方法经其给药，达到止痛标准。

Advantages of orbital united lumbar puncture needle：

1.The epidural catheter can be set in before injecting drugs into the subarachnoid during the implementation of spinal anesthesia, avoiding a series of problems triggered by difficulty in setting the epidural catheter after injecting drug with traditional needles, thereby improving the operability and security.

2.Avoid the possibility that the epidural catheter goes into the subarachnoid space through the pinholing the lumber epidural needle left, and thus improve security.

3.The angle between the exit plane of epidural needle tip and the longitudinal axis of needle stick is properly changed to smooth the process and reduce damage.

4.Convenient in fixing the needle when injecting the drug.

Usage method in Spinal & epidural united anesthesia:

1.Put the orbital lumbar puncture needle into the epidual space.

2.Place the beaked spinal puncture needle on the orbit (groove) of the lumbar puncture needle through the guide bolt. Make sure the ventral side of the beaked needle (the outlet of drug) close to the groove and slide the needle into the subarachnoid space.  

3.Put in the epidural catheter through the inner cavity of orbital lumbar puncture needle.

4.Inject the drug into the subarachnoid space thorough the beaked spinal puncture needle and then remove it.

5.Pull out the epidural needle in standard method with the epidural catheter left behind.

6.When needed to relieve pain again, test the epidural catheter and inject drugs through it in standard method to meet the requirement of pain control.
