Since my father founded SLE in 1956, the Company has had a proud and stable history of providing healthcare professionals with specialised medical equipment that makes a difference.

From our small beginnings, we have grown to be one of the leading global providers of neonatal ventilation products. We believe that the care of neonates is a highly specialised area of expertise and that is why we are the only company to concentrate exclusively on this particular niche.

Improving the outcome and future wellbeing of the tiniest of patients is something that is close to our hearts and we achieve this by nurturing close relationships with leading universities, hospitals and industry specialists to understand the challenges facing clinicians when caring for the most critical babies.

From being the pioneers of neonatal Patient Triggered Ventilation (PTV) in the 1980’s, to the introduction of combined HFO in the 1990’s, SLE continues to build a reputation for innovation in our field of expertise. Our aim is to be the preferred supplier in our chosen markets, with whom people most want to do business.
